Chords ride as real Yamaha chord-display metadata on the XG/XF profile — no visible text overlay needed. Every other keyboard gets a plain chord row above the lyric line instead.
Beat-by-beat tempo lock
Point Tonio at your reference audio and it builds a compact tempo map from the detected beats — real slowdowns and pushes preserved, not flattened to one number.
Hardware start + drum swap
A SysEx command starts the keyboard's own audio player together with its MIDI player — on Tyros each player is fixed to one format, but on Genos, Korg Pa and Ketron both are universal, so either can play either. Mute the audio's drum stem and let your MIDI's own drum track carry the rhythm — more dynamic, no doubling.
